Taste of Saigon is a small Vietnamese eatery tucked away in one corner of the De Witt Seitz marketplace in the heart of Canal Park. They've been there for years and have consistently produced the best Asian cuisine in the Twin Ports region (as recognized by numerous awards to the same effect). In my opinion, Taste of Saigon is the best restaurant in Duluth. The only eatery to come close to unseating this Vietnamese heavyweight in my estimation was Hell's Kitchen, which closed prematurely (more on that later -- yes, I'm going to review a restaurant post mortem because it was just that bloody good).
